We usually don’t talk about it, but let’s talk about it. By “it” I mean our mental wellbeing. Wait! Don’t click off just yet. I have good news! Healing is literally here, there, and everywhere. It’s true, so be encouraged. As people of color, we are connected through a number of commonalities, concerns, and cultural norms.
We are one and still beautifully different. Our individual STORIES are as varied as our skin hues. Storytelling offers us the space to reflect and move beyond past traumas, the ability to relish in the beauty of moments passed, and ignites the desire to unite with our community and ourselves!
